How to create a screencast
This tutorial will go through the steps required to create
a screencast with audio. It starts by discussing the
options used in iShowU to do the recording, and then
provides a demonstration of cutting small sections out of a
QuickTime file using QT Pro. The final part of the
demonstration revolves around the Export option of QT Pro,
which allows the user to resize and re-compress the movie
to their liking.
The final movie is
sized at 640x480 (it is intended that you view it at twice
it's normal size), and compressed with H264.
