- Chatter fails to start a video conference
- This can happen for a number of reasons - and
the best way to begin tracking down what the problem
could be is to first verify that you can create a
standard video conference between yourself and your iChat
buddy. If you cant get a conference in iChat to work
properly - then the problem isn't with Chatter - check
your firewall/port settings are correct as this can often
be the cause of the problem.

- Does it run on Tiger? - No, Chatter
is a Leopard only application - a Tiger version won't be
created.
- Does it work with Jabber/Google
accounts? - No, Chatter is currently designed
only to work with AIM and .Mac accounts. AIM accounts are
free, and can be obtained from: http://dashboard.aim.com/aim

The video quality seems poor - can I make it
better? - The quality of the video sent over
iChat Theatre is controlled by iChat, not by Chatter.
iChat will often limit the amount of data being sent
dependant on the bandwidth - and there's almost nothing
you can do to influence this. If you have the choice -
use Chatter over Bonjour - the quality is much much
better.
